Our stay was wonderful, enjoyed reasonably good breakfasts.

This hotel was pleasant, it provided excellent service, and the rooms were luxurious. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious food and drinks. The employees at the venue were very, very nice and courteous. The location was incredible, right by a big industrial/business park, a Conference, and the main attractions, including the Cathedral. Also, a medieval abbey church was 2 km away.

Hotel was fairly clean, outstandingly accommodating staff.

The stay here was very good for 1 night. The rooms were new-fashioned, newly remodelled and with an extra bedroom with sofa bed made up for the children.

I really enjoyed this functional and modern hotel, it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and amicable and the location was magnificent conveniently close to the town centre. Plus, it was adjacent to a big industrial/business park nowhere to go for a walk, the main attractions and restaurants and nightlife.

The room was inviting and beautiful with baths, and we slept very well.

Breakfast with endless coffee and bacon and sausages. Spotless and pleasantly furnished rooms and good bar area. Fantastic and convenient location in Reims, near the city center and a big industrial/business park-nowhere to go for a walk.

Couldn't recommend more for party. The hotel is good standard, it has EFFICIENT staff at the reception desk. The venue has excellent location on the outskirts of the city of Reims.

The service at this affordable hotel was excellent. Stayed in luxurious double room with baths. The breakfast was reasonably good as expected with bacon and hams cheeses, as example.

New-fashioned & luxurious room, complimentary WiFi, a lovely coffee machine, and a kettle in there. Easy check-in and efficient check-out, parking on-site. Free Wi-Fi, available in the hotel.

The hotel was nice and cool in general, had cool stuff at the reception desk. The breakfast was satisfactory at 6.45, and all the food was decent. Its location just a short walk away from Reims Exhibition Centre was great and pleasant.

Had double room with comfortable beds and wake-up service was available in it. The pool area was great and the location was marvellous, just next door to an industrial/business park, the South of France and a Conference. Besides, a medieval abbey church was 3 km away from the property.

The breakfasts at 6.45. Recently renovated and top-class room, with a very comfy bed. Good and perfect location so close to the town centre, an industrial / business park where there is nothing to do and the main attractions, including the Cathedral; easy check-in.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Reims for a quick stopover on my journey. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel has a stylish and trendy vibe, with tasteful decorations throughout. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pleasant pool area. The location was convenient, with easy access from the motorway and close proximity to Champagne houses. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to make a cup of tea upon my late arrival. a lovely stay.

Would recommend this hotel.
